My work combines executive coaching frameworks with mindfulness-based awareness and is both neurodiversity and trauma informed. I find this means we can work at the level of strategy and behaviour, but also at the level of understanding how stress may impact performance and wellbeing, nervous-system regulation and emotional clarity. The foundations of effective leadership. 

The results I see are therefore both practical in the short term and effective into the long term.

Support that is shared

I want my work to make a difference, not only to my clients directly but also to the hidden and unsupported causes and champions  in our midst. The charity founders, community activists, local forces for good or campaigners for change. Grassroots initiatives and heaps of good will in every location in the UK support us in ways that we sometimes take for granted.

I set aside 5% of my earnings to offer low-cost and fully subsidised coaching for people who might otherwise not have access to this important resource. 

It’s a small way of keeping myself grounded and keeping the work I do rooted in fairness, community and care.
