Support that is compassionate and grounded in experience
My story
I am an executive coach and mindfulness practitioner working with leaders at all levels of organisations and society who value clarity and integrity.
My coaching is influenced by my own work in various executive roles, including with the Maternal Mental Health Alliance (MMHA), a UK-wide coalition of organisations working to ensure that expectant and new parents receive compassionate, high-quality mental health care throughout pregnancy and beyond.
My time with the Alliance and other charities deepened my understanding of how community and compassionate support intersect and reminded me again how much the right kind of support can change the story for individuals and their communities.
Over time, I have seen that many leadership challenges are not primarily technical. They are internal. They involve navigating pressure, complexity, uncertainty and expectation - often simultaneously. My coaching style is structured, reflective and grounded. I offer challenge where helpful, and always within a context of respect and psychological safety.
While I am able to draw on mindfulness-based practices and trauma informed principles in my coaching, these are presented not as therapy or intervention. Instead, as a potential resource, where helpful, to strengthen our work together.
I believe effective leadership requires:
- Self-awareness
- Emotional regulation
- Strategic thinking
- Ethical clarity
- Sustainable energy management

Recognise. Understand. Change.
Why this work matters to me
I am deeply passionate about the relationships between individual and organisational efficacy; wellbeing and the health of our world. I believe that what is good for the planet is often good for us. And what is good for us can help give us the space to care more deeply for the planet.
To me, wellbeing isn’t a personal luxury, it’s part of a wider ecosystem of care that supports communities, relationships and the world we share. That’s why sustainability is woven into the way I think about flourishing, resilience and choice.
The power of mindfulness in coaching: mindfulness enhances a coach’s capacity to be fully present with a client. In coaching, I access mindfulness techniques as a practical tool to listen deeply, as well as help you:
- Notice your thoughts and reactions
- Create space to make considered choices about your response to triggers
- Build resilience and emotional balance
Whether as a means to being fully listened to, or as an entry point into deeper reflection, mindfulness is central to the way I coach.
A human centred approach: my coaching style is collaborative rather than directive. It is not about telling people what to do. We will explore together what feels right for you, based on your values, experiences and ultimately what you want to achieve.
I will hold a space that’s:
- Calm and respectful
- Tailored to your ambitions
- Curious, compassionate
- Neurodiversity and trauma-informed
- Rooted in the practical tools you can use in everyday life
There’s no expectation here to “be perfect” or behave a certain way. What matters most is that you are willing to explore honestly, whilst being kind to yourself.

What it’s like to work with me
I pride myself on sessions that are unhurried and give you time to think deeply and actually recognise what is going on and how you can move forward.
I use established coaching models, talking, practical tools and, where helpful to the client, mindfulness exercises. Often though, I find the best results come from simply having a place where you can share the load.
I want my Clients to leave feeling empowered to make change whilst feeling lighter and more connected to themselves.
